Return of Products

Oops! Did you order the wrong size? Or your dog doesn't like the color of the collar? :) No problem, we will exchange the product within 2 weeks of receiving the package!

But please note that unfortunately you cannot return the product if:

  • It has been worn and shows signs of use;
  • You have chosen a personalized, engraved, unique product;
  • You have already cut the label

Return Procedure

If the product(s) to be returned meet all the conditions, please log in to your account, in the History and order details section - order details, select the products you want returned and submit the form.

Please pack the product(s) well, preferably in the original packaging, and send it to the following address:

Parcel shipping costs will be borne by the buyer in all cases.

After receiving the package, we will check it and if it meets all the criteria, we will transfer the amount to the bank account provided within 14 days.
