Command

By placing an order to purchase a product and complying with the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation. Dispatch time may vary depending on availability and any delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Products may have limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Delivery and Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor display of any color will be correct.

All products are processed by hand, there may be some differences in the products. All products are unique, therefore there may be slight variations in color, texture, materials, size (length, width +- 5%) Our products are designed to be robust. But still, all products will wear out after a while. Always check that the buckle, strap or any other type of fastening is in good condition, without tears or other defects. Any accident that may occur is not the responsibility of Decoraform Srl. Personalized products (e.g. medallions, personalized bowls, etc.) can be ordered with advance payment by card.

All products are manually inspected for quality.

All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to stop selling to anyone at any time. Decoraform Srl. reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email or text. When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.

You can also place an order if you do not have an active account on the website. We will need you to provide us with the necessary data for processing it (name, billing and delivery address, phone number and valid email address). By completing it you guarantee that all the data provided is real and correct, otherwise we do not assume responsibility for any consequence determined by these errors (such as, but not limited to, the order being delayed, wrongly sent, etc.). By completing the order, you agree that a zoomie.ro representative will contact you by any available means (e- mail/ phone) for order confirmation and processing.

The confirmation regarding the delivery of the ordered products will be made within 24-48 hours after the registration of the order on the website. For the products in stock at the supplier, the delivery time may be longer.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees and accepts: the processing of personal data for the preparation of the document and the provision of information related to personal data and the content of the document to the authorities authorized by law, at their request, according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC."

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Shipping costs will be charged extra.

The final price paid by you consists of the price of the product + the related shipping costs. Shipping costs are detailed on the Site before you complete your order.

All prices related to the products sold through the zoomie.ro website are expressed in RON and include VAT according to the legal provisions in force at that time.
